CONSENT STATEMENT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By Hora Boutique Hotel Tourism and Trade LTD. (‘‘Company’’), in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”), within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, General Information Text and Company Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data presented to your information, within the framework of the Company or data processors authorized by the Company as the data controller; in order to provide the products and services offered by the Company to its customers under the best conditions, to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted supply of products or services, to maximize customer satisfaction, to make payments, to perform various transactions related to the said services, to carry out and improve operations, to carry out promotion, marketing, advertising, and campaign activities for the said products and services or different products and services, to inform customers about opportunities, campaigns, and other services, and to fulfill the requirements of contracts concluded with customers, it is stated that identity information, address information, contact information, and other personal data directly or indirectly related to the purposes may be processed in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, including the principle of being kept for the period required by the law or for the purpose for which they were processed; that they can be obtained, recorded, stored securely in physical or electronic media for the appropriate period for processing purposes, kept, changed, rearranged, disclosed in accordance with the legislation, transferred, taken over, classified, processed, or the use of data can be prevented; I acknowledge and declare that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned issues and that my explicit consent exists within the framework of the PDPL. I accept and declare that my personal data may be transferred by the Company to Company employees, officials, group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit companies within the framework of legal obligations and restrictions, survey companies, business partners and service providers that the Company receives services from or collaborates with for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided to me, and I consent to this.
I acknowledge that my personal data may be shared by the Company with Company employees, officials, group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms within the framework of legal obligations and restrictions, survey companies, business partners and service providers that the Company receives services from or collaborates with for the execution of the services and/or activities provided to me, and I declare that I give my explicit consent in this regard.
In addition, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation; I acknowledge that I have the right to apply to the Company to learn whether personal data about me is being processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose, to know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of these data cease to exist, to request that these correction and deletion requests be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to object to a result against me arising from the analysis of processed data solely through automatic systems, to demand compensation for damages in case my personal data is processed unlawfully, and I accept that I have the right to submit my request containing explanations regarding my identity and necessary information identifying me to the Company Directorate at the address [email protected] in person with identifying documents or through a notary or other methods specified in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up to date; and I accept to inform the Company of any changes in this information if there are any.
I confirm that I consent to the processing, use, and sharing of my relevant personal data, including special category personal data defined in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, within the scope of the relevant process and limited to the purpose of processing, and that necessary information has been provided to me in this regard; I commit to have read and understood this text, the Company's Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, and the Information Text.
